SYnc Problem in Matrix Reloaded DVDRiP.avi....

I have got these 2 AVI files of the Matrix reloaded, they are a DVD rip but unfortunatley the audio has sync problems in small parts of the film. The problem is very similar to the LOTR 2 towers crashed/corrupted frames of which frame fixes became available to add to the avi with nan dub and the audio sync was then 100% perfect. I have scanned these with Vdub and they come up clean and even on the MP3 version of Vdub(which is more precise) they dont have bad frames but something has caused these avi files to lose there audio synchronisation, but only in small parts of the film does any1 else have the same problem or did I get these files too early yet??
Are there frame fixes available yet?
Any help or info would be very much appreciated, thank you fellas.

If you need sync help with a divx file conversion thats one thing, but on a downloaded movie is a clearly illegal software.

ok so this aint no help here no longer but your wrong about it not being a DVD rip, I think I no the difference between telecine/cam/telesync/DVDRIP so sounds like the green eyed monsters to me............
