    after i split my mpeg file into 2 with tmpgEnc the second disc goes out of sync with the audio and video, only by a second(this occurs about halfway through the playing time). I did note when cutting the file when tmpgEnc split the first part and told me how many seconds the video and sound agreed but when it cut the second part there was a difference of a second. Could this be the problem? If so how do I fix the second part so the total seconds for audio/video agree.
