    Hi All,

GearPro claims it has support for DVD-9,10 and 18, now I do know that the only way to do the above formats is by pressing, so does anyone know what the deal is with GearPro?

Sorry if this is a dumb question.........

While many DVD-10's can be burned as 2 separate DVD-5's onto DVD-R, ANYTHING meant for DVD-9's or -18's (or -14's ) would have to be output to DLT. Gear is just telling you they support this output option. If you had a DLT drive, Gear should be able to see it.
It should certainly work, Gear has been supporting DLT's for about 4 years now.

    HTH,
    Scott
