I search a definitive guide for burning a dvd-r compatible on every (also old) home dvd player with all burning program.I know some old dvd player have problem with dvd not burned with udf/iso 1.02, my atlantis land 2000e have this problem.IC 7 is the only software i can use to burn my dvd,the other burning software not working on my player(the dvd not play).Also if i burn a direct copy of my backup (created with ic) with nero the result is an incompatible (ON MY PLAYER) dvd.Anyone have a solution or a guide for setting nero or other burning software with the same options used by Instant copy 7?Anyone know why instant copy works?

    Could you please tell me if when you burn with IC does it put VIDEO_TS & an AUDIO_TS on to the Disc?

  3. i dont know about the problem with IC , but you can use pdi2iso software which makes the pdi files to a ISo and then you can mount the image and check if has the folders or not. There is another software which can extract files from IC. Normaly i convert to iso and check if it has folders or not. then i burn it with dvddecrypter.

    Could you please tell me when you put the files on to the Disc Does the disc have VIDEO_TS & AUDIO_TS folders on it?

    Do you know if the IC is any good at burning?

    stop searching... it doesn't exist.

    there is no burning method or burning software that acheives 100% compatiblity, because burned discs are not 100% compatible.

    for 100% compatibility, you need to have your discs professionally manufactured (pressed) by a replication house.
