This might be a dumb question, but did you click on "Whole Movie" button? You might have made another movie and forgot to change it. You know it will only encode the number of fames in that window?

What's the movie? If I have it I'll try it to see if I get the same problem.

  8. Select something else other than your desired Output, like AVI, if you are planning to encode in VCD format.
Then click on the WHOLE button twice. Now select the OUTPUT option of your choice, then click on the WHOLE buton again-it will show you the correct Max Frame, if not click on the WHOLE again.

    Good Luck
