    I have a video file I wanna make as a SVCD, its 1 HR 23 Min long, is it possible I can fit it on 1 cd? If so please help!

    Yes, it's possible but the bitrate would be so low that the results would be very poor. Either use 2 disks or go with VCD.

    thats easy, but you have to use the bitrate a little bit lower than vcd i would rather you not use the high resolution of SVCD which is 480*480 i would do this on TMPGEnc i would use the KVCDx3 Matrix, and then all the settings i would change them. like for reselution i would use 352*240 and well let me calculate the bitrate you can have 1175 kb/s for video and 128 for audio. and then you have to change the last tab where it says system. change it to Super Video CD VBR. now this should fill your disk completely and have a decent looking movie. but if you were to use the svcd reselution and its an action movie you would find a shitload of pixels everywhere which really really sucks. its good when you have bitrate to spare. its like a chick that goes for guys because of there money. the more you give them the more they please you its like a prostitude. lol sorry bout that
