congrats dude- im in my first year of uni, my exams finish on Friday! after that i have an entire week at uni with NO work or lectures! i doubt i will see daylight for that week hehe

lol I am hoping to go to Bath uni, and they have three bars on campus. Guinness is £1.80 a pint. Enough said.

The exams went OK, thanks. I studied business studies, chemistry and biology at A-level, and I want to carry on biology at uni. The entry requirements are pretty high, but I will have to wait until August 14th to find out. And thank God - I can forget business totally! Yeesss!!

If there's anyone else who studies OCR Biology, it'd be good to hear your thoughts on the Central Concepts and Unifying Concepts papers. I can't remember which paper had the question with isolated mitochondria magically respiring glucose - who writes these papers? A crowd of shaved monkeys, it appears lol

The teacher has set the class an assignment. He stresses the importance of the particular assignment, and that no excuses will be accepted except illness (with a medical certificate) or a death in the immediate family (with a note from that member).

A smart-ass student pipes up: “What about extreme sexual exhaustion, sir?”

The class breaks up laughing, and when they settle down the teacher responds with:

“Well, Edward, I guess you’ll have to learn to write with your other hand.”
