    Man do those XVCDS look nice, they also play PERFECT in my APEX, but mine had a little twist 25 FPS for this MPEG, nero said it wasnt compliant due to the 25 fps, so i burned it to a data cd (raw MPEG) and it worked beautfully, the only thing i wish is that there can be VBR VCDS, now that would, kick ass.....

    If you use TMPEGenc then use MVBR instead of CONSTANT bitrate
    to encode MPEG-1

    Also you can drop the audio to 128 (if haven't already)
