  2. 1) in the options, make sure you check the box next to "show overlapping video together" or something similar...it's the last checkbox option

    2) then for the extras, just turn them into still pictures (80% compression). that should give you plenty of space for the actual movie

No, not at this moment anyway.
I read somewere that this function perhaps will be added in future releases but I'm not sure.

A good trick is to use still images as compression.
This way DVDShrink will only take the I-pictures, resulting in a very high compression.

You'll see, if you take for example a full movie (lets say 4700MB) and make it in too still pictures it would only take about 510MB.

Off course the quality will suffer big time since only the I-pictures are taken, so the extra's will look like a picture slideshow
But, since you didn't want the extra's in the first place this shouldn't be a problem.

An other way is to edit the IFO file with IfoEdit but I haven't tried that yet.
    See: http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdshrink2-main.htm for more info.
I aint got a DVD writer yet so I just ran a few test to see the results.

I still think this is the best way to backup your DVD's.
Or should I say the easiest way

  4. there is no "one click" software that remove the extra beside CloneDVD.
DVDShrink can make still image, but the result is lot of space for nothing
