well i have narrowed my choices down to either the ASUS tv tuner or the flyvideo tv tuner
i want to be able to make DVDs of my favorite tv shows and vhs tapes and capture at 720x480AVI with no frame drops on the video and great quality please specify which one of the flyvideo tv tuners

Don't forget the Leadtek tv2000xp deluxe, I've been very happy with mine
Out of those choices I'd personally go with the Asus purely because it uses a connexant/bt chipset (leadtek does also) and these seem to be better supported by 3rd party software. The Flyvideo's now use a philips chipset, which is suppose to be very good but seems to give a lot of people trouble and apparently has issues with some software.
Keep studying the user reviews on here and following links they often provide, they helped me make my choice and I believe I made the right one.
