Does anyone use Tmpenc Author

After i have converted my svcd with svcd2dvdmpg+ can i use the above to add menu and author and if so do i have to change any settinngs on svd2dvdmpg+ prog?

I myself just patch the header to 720 by 480, add to DVD Author, save the project, Unpatch back to 480 by 480, re-open DVD Author do my edits create chapters, menus and author the DVD disk.

THis works for me as my DVD players can play svcd's.

They also Play DVB 544 by 480 Full screen, 640 by 480 OK but it doesn't fill the screen.
