During a trial and error episode to solve Audio cutting in/out, converting DVD's having multiple episodes that share the main VOB file structure, THIS WORKS !!! It would be the ultimate if I knew how to get "DVD2AVI" to run the two(2) pass DivX Pro codec.
These are the settings that finally satisfied me, for now.
> Tools Used: SmartRipper, DVD2AVI, DivX Pro Codec and VirtualDub

DivX Pro Codec :
-------------------------
> Make sure the DivX Pro, Decoder Properties, Postprocessing Settings, Quality Level, is set too MAX, or as high as possible. This is best done as the first step before opening any application, and checked frequently to ensure it hasn't defaulted back to MIN.
> C:\Program Files\DivX\DivX Pro Codec\config.exe
> Additional codec settings are made when the codec is selected in an application.

SmartRipper :
---------------------
>Rip each Program Chain (Episode) to it's own Directory (name directory accordingly)

> Video > check Direct stream copy

> File > Save as AVI... (F7) => (note: check 'Don't run this job now; .... batch mode, if more than 1 project's are ready from 'DVD2AVI')
><>
> DONE
REMEMBER BATCH MODE~
> IF => 'Don't run this job now; .... batch mode, was checked.
> File > Job Control... (F4)
