whenever i take a .m2v file, and set it on 23.976 framerate, mencoder says it skips frame to keep it in framerate, when i select 29.97, it duplicates. Both end results come with no syncing what so ever. Either the video is befoe or after the audio. Any Way to fix?

    Q

PS: major, it is mencoder avi muxer that screws up the audio playback in my jukebox.
