help with error in TMPGEnc cant convert to mpg2

hi everyone....im getting and error from TMPGEnc, im trying to convert the Xvid rip of Daredevil...that i downloaded from sharereactor.....this is the error i get

Write error occured at address 77F8336F of module 'ntdll.dll' with 00000000.

i get this error when i initialize the source range to chop the file in half or specify what i want converted

after i specify what i want converted i click ok and i get the error again
once i have changed all the settings and proceed to convert.....i get the error message one last time and it just repeats everytime you click ok from that point on....

ps: i have ripped the audio separately and it is in PAL format.
im trying to make a 2 disc set in svcd format
