Well the group is coldplay, and i suppose this is old hat to all our U.K. members and probably alot of our U.S. members (I wouldn't know because i have been cut off from the likes of mtv and vh1 for the past few months).

Question: What is it about Coldplay songs that make a rather normal single guy like myself temporarily feel the need to either a) jump off a bridge because I am single, b) Mourn over ex-girlfriends, then want to slash my wrists ? I am kidding of course, but some of their songs can be so damn gloomy (ie the scientist). "Clocks" is a beautiful exception...

edited to add: I hear the lead singer had to learn to sing "the scientist" backwards for the video? That's pretty damn neat..
