    I went to the DVDXCOPY site and was hoping to update the software I have but I don't have the license ID to do so? Anybody know what I should do or is it unimportant.

    Every time that they have updated and released a new version, they have sent me an email with my license and password. If they are not doing that, you need to drop them a line and try to get them to fix this problem so that you won't have to go through this every time.
