    Is there a software to edit (cut, trim, reassemble) VOB or m2v and ac3 files?
    Premiere and Vegas don't. DVDlad can trim only...

    virtualdub with an mpeg2 mod can read vob files, but it can only output avi. u could edit them in vdub, then output with huffyuv. then reencode to vob with tmpegenc.
