you can't update this copy.. I got mine couple month ago and I need to use a downloaded version with my serial number to get the update working... Pinacle talk about this on there faq

Also be advised, I or no one I know EVER received the so called $20.00 rebate from the previous offer. If you did you are very lucky. I summited mine as requested 3 times and they still say they never received it. I had rather they just charge the full amount rather than LIE about a rebate, not just Pinnacle but all rebates suck.
