Ive been having some problems with my dvd ripping, i used easy vcd to rip some dvd's, i was told it was really easy to use and performed really well, i ripped i think three dvd's and they seemed to go fine, but i didnt relise that two of them had come up with a message that they couldnt be encoded to mpeg or something.
I tried using smart ripper to rip the vob's off the dvd disk and then use dvd2avi to convert to avi, that worked pretty well but when i went to encode them with tmpgenc they all seemed to stuff up, the audio and video was always out of sync. Ive had this problem before but i cant remember how i fixed it, i have been encoding using the .wav file for audio for better quality.

Is there any other programs that will make dvd ripping a lil easier or some way to stop tmpgenc from not encoding properly?

Help would be very much appriciated

    Thanx.

I found DVD Shrink to be really easy. Why not give it a try?
