  1. I am really a newbie and I just bought a CD-Burner today.
I would like to ask how would I go about Creating a VCD from the MPEG or AVI video files I downloaded off the Internet? The VCD must be playable in my sony VCD player connected to my TV. Please recommend Programs to use also.
    Thank You.

  2. i use only two programs one is tmpegenc which you use for encoding (converting files to mpg) and nero to burn it. you can get all these in this site, just go to TOOLS on your left side.

  3. dude5,

depending on the type of moviez and their encoding, tmpgeng is probably your best bet. You may just need the codecz (divx 3, 4, smr, angelpotion etc..) if tmpgenc does load them up right away.
