  1. ok, ive done the DVD2AVI process already. (created the .d2v and .mpa)

now in TMPEGEnc, do i "just" open the .d2v for video and .mpa for audio, and choose the "Video-CD NTSC" template, and encode?

does that cause frame skipping? or it's just as simple as that?

or can i also choose "Video-CD NTSC Film"

  2. I just did this with 2 PAL videos I just recieved....the process was almost identical....except I had a .D2V file and .WAV file.

I imported both into TMPGEnc, chose the NTSC SVCD option and let 'er rip.

I thought I'd have some sort of frame weirdness.....or the audio playing faster or something.............but it worked JUST FINE!!!

    Good luck!!
