    I have a Atl All-In-Wonder-VE Can i hook my pc to the tv with this card or i need a special card???

    Yep- I got my mom one so she could watch TV on the computer. Simple installation. Not so great for capturing, IMO. But if you just want to watch TV, it should do the trick.
