I am trying to burn a dvd9 onto dvd5.
I have ripped the dvd to hd using dvd decrypter 3.1.60.
I then open instantcopy following the instructions on this site.
When i press start and the select source file appears, i select the original video_ts.ifo . Then i select a name for .pdi files.
The program starts to work.
I then get an error saying"Access violation at address 1D1C9293 in module 'VOBSPLIT2AX'. Read of Address O6E32000"
I then press ok and instantcopy shuts down.
I use IC 7.0.3.140 (update3).
I use a profiles (customized size, no subs, one language, etc) and Instant copy settings.
With update 2 there were not problems.
What have i done wrong?
Please help.
Many thanks.

I suggest un-installing completely. then re-install from the disk that you originally bought. Then install update3. I did it this way and I made two backups today with no problems.

I did it
I had 7.0.0.91 . On it, i install update 2, then update 3. It didn't work.
So i uninstall all. Install 7.0.0.91 and directly update 3, but nothing... -
Perhaps i found a simply solution
. Just press "start" another time. IC will start.
The result is very good.
The original dvd was 5.24 GB.
The IC7 Backup is 4,26 GB, using update3 and recommended settings of IC hidden settings editor, without oversizing (left automatic size) choosing menu, no extra, one language and no subs.
