PBC on/off

I have been searching all over the web for DVD players that give you the option to turn PBC (playback control) on or off. I haven't had much luck. My Apex AD-660 just died. It pretty much played everything I put into it.
I bought an Apex 1200 which was supposed to give you that option. I guess I got the version that would not let you control PBC. Back in the box, and back to the store it goes.
Does anyone know which DVD players (currently available) that give you the option to control the PBC function?
Cost is an issue to.

Check out the Norcent DP 300 (Sold in Walmar) last check was approx $90 Canadian.

This player rocks. You can throw anything you want at it...it will play...has remote with PBC button to turn off and on.

Also check out www.nerdout.com for good feedback on DVD players etc..
