Tredex TX3050

Just ordered 1 of these it looks very similer to the h@b model, is it any good and does it play everything? i am pleased when it gets here as it has 5.1 output and was £75

very good machine you need a firmware update disc for the one off aution world sky 651 pm me if you need the firmware plays gd+g a treat

Just to let everyone know that I asked Phil for the firmware and installed it with absolutley no problems. My Tredex now plays VDC/SVCD's superbly.

Very easy to do.

I have a Tredex DVD player to, and I am having some problems playing vcds and copied DVDs,
could you please forward me the firmware, and how to install/update.

Tredex now do the firmware upgrade as a downloadable zip file for the 3050e and 3000e on their site with full instructions . Click on http://www.tredex.com/drivers.asp

I just checked Tredex's site, and there does not seem to be a firmware udate for my model (TX-8303).
I will send them an email and see what they say.
