    Hi to All,
    I have a DivX (AVI) video which as a very bad quality, the pictures seems like solarized...

    I want to author this video in VCD or SVCD so i must convert it befor to MPEG, it is better to improve the quality in the AVI or MPEG??

    Unfortunately in this case, Garbage in- Garbage out! There just isn't any way you can improve on these Divx movies that are just awful. If it's a movie you can get on DVD, just get it, borrow it or rent it and make a backup with on ef the many programs out there. I can;t see bothering with Divx, VCD, SVCD.... Etc. Nothing comes close to a true 1:1 copy of an original DVD!
    No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
