i have films ready for vcd burning, but every time i do it cuts off the sides of the film, even when i format the film for 4:3 using tmpgenc to format the film. also once i have converted the film to vcd format using tmpgenc the framerate is fine, but once using nero to burn it it becomes jerk and almost inwatcable. can anyone suggest how to stop both these things from happening? and also can u suggest a freeware vcd burning program other than nero. finally, may teh jerky framerate be due to me using rewritable cds?
