What faked/forged media codes are there?

Ok, I know about the "TDK" Princos. Some people think that the "unbranded" Maxells aren't legit. And the "Sony" DupEZ seem rather shady as well.

Please add/elaborate/whatever.

This site needs a list of media codes, with one category listing official discs that use the code, as well as UNofficial discs that use the code. I deal with this a lot at work and even at home, but it's hard to keep track of. There are all kinds of rogue media IDs out there.

There are some bad Optodisc and LeadData codes out there as well. Same for CMC and you've already ID'd the Maxell and TDK issues.
