cyberhome: dvd-vcd is not working

hi

i own a cyberhome 512 dvdplayer and i recently bought a nec dvdburner.
i used the tutorial on this site to burn a dvdvcd. the result is very strange:
die movie i burned i shown fullsreen only for 1 second then its squeezed in the top half of my tv (new samsung). playing this dvd on my pc works fine.

any ideas to solve this problem?

this is also the same on my cyberhome but works fine on my eclipse player so I've just put it down to the cyberhome player & their encoder chipset... shame really but I think U will get more posts that are similar

Your DVD/VCD/whatver may not be a standard format accepted by the player. Also, the player may just reject them. Does it support those formats specifically?
