    Is there a possible way to make an NTSC TV play PAL videos? I used plain video to tape TV shows in Hong Kong using a PAL TV (I think). I still have that PAL TV but I also bought an NTSC TV in America. That video comes up black and white on the NTSC TV and it's in color in the PAL TV. How can I make it in color on the NTSC TV? It's pretty annoying since my PAL TV is so small and it's in my bedroom and I don't want to go in my bedroom to watch TV. :P
