    I downloaded a docu (Svcd) in a bin/cue file format, i burned it with Nero. But when i try to play it on my tv the image is in black&white. I already tried to switch between PAL and NTSC but it stays in black & white. When i play it on my pc it is how it should be. Please can someone help me?
    Is there a tool out there that can tell me what format this Svcd is in? Or someone who can tell me how to get it right?
    Help would be very appreciated.

    No it isn't.
    But i found out that the movie is 480-480 and 23.976 fps. With an average bitrate of 1334.
