I know this is going to sound funny, but I don't know nothing about this.
When making a VCD I use the same CD burner I use for my Music CD, or I need another piece of software?

Yes, you use the same burner for VCDs as for music cds. The only thing you might need is software. You need software that has a VCD authoring option such as Nero or EZCD Creator 5 Platinum.
