how can you remove pixelated areas from a video? thanx

just kidding
try a small amount of moton blur - or use a 2d cleaner set slightly higher than normal (both will blur the image so be aware) , if you have a NLE you could just apply to those areas .. then you could use a unsharpen mask lightly to try to get some detail back .. or just leave it as is ..
