Which One??

Ok guys........I'm planning on purchasing a dual writer here pretty soon.

Can anyone tell me the release dates, price, and which one you would go with and why?

Here is what I'm looking at. Price is not an issue.

The new TDK dual writer(not sure what the model is called)
NEC 1300
LiteOn (not the rebadged Sony but the one that is theirs)
Sony DRU510A

Those are the ones I have decided I like.........any information you could give me would be greatly appreciated.......I emailed the companies but have gotten no response.....thought maybe people around here know more then they do or have an insider.

I'm getting the TDK 440 (+/- R multiformat)

I would say stay away from the NEC 1300 because i'm currently using the NEC1100A and it is by far the worst brand of writer I have EVER experienced. I would NEVER recommend a NEC writer to anyone.

The Sony would have been my other choice.

Get the TDK and read this post https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=156878 You just need to colour the laser black and you'll have a death ray player.
