On a physical level absolutely none, DVD Video is more of a filesystem spec than a physical format. Check out http://www.disctronics.co.uk/downloads/downloads_dvd.htm who have some really good articles on this.
Basically you should be able to make a DVD Video even if you can only burn a 'Data DVD' by using the right filesystem structure, etc. And don't let anyone tell you that the AUDIO_TS folder is required, its part of the DVD Audio spec and not required for DVD Video disks.
Good luck,

DVD-Video is a ISO 9660/UDF hybrid format. people have got different version sof UDF to work with DVD-Video

RecordNow 4.56 , DX (4.60) , MAX (4.50) take care of it automatically.
I suggest you get the engine update too.

I created images in Nero using DVD-Video and DVD-ROM (UDF). The VD-ROM image won't load in Daemon tools (Invalid Image File). Any thoughts about that?
[edit] I tried UDF/ISO and that worked fine.
