    Hey, how do I take a bunch of SVCD files and convert them to another format i.e. .avi's, mpegs, ogm's....the encodement doens't matter (like 3ivX, DivX, XviD whatever....).

    Download ffmpegX, choose quick preset = XviD, hit encode.
