    I have a movie file that is NTSC is there anyway that i can change it to PAL?

    cool got it.

    There is one more problem the file is about 2 minutes too long to go on a 80minute disk how can i like get rid of the end credits?

  6. Open TMpeg, click File/Mpeg Tools/Merge & Cut......

    squid, is the NTSC file 23.976 frames per second, or 29.97 frames per second? if it's 29.97 then use TMPGenc (or just set your DVD players output to PAL, and it will convert as you play it) if it's 23.976 then the process is more complicated. post back and let me know either way, alternatively, search the forums. this topic has been covered many many times before.

    NOTE: you mention Region in your topic header. this is nothing to do with region coding. NTSC is a video format not a region, i have several region 2 discs which are NTSC, it just so happens -most- region 2 discs are PAL, and -most- region 1 discs are NTSC. it's important you understand this.
