  1. Hi there! I've rented a really old dvd. It has a lot of scratches. So when I encode it to vcd or svcd, it doesn't goes good...
so here is the question: how can I remove bad frames from ripped vob files, or how can I remove bad frames from the output file(mpg)?
    Thanks

I've ran into this problem as well, so what I did was just do a chapter by chapter vob rip, encode, see what's good see what's not, and cut out the bad using either source range encoding, or Tmgpenc's excellant merge/cut features
