    I really don't want to interact much with you, but I will continue the help I was trying to give you, albeit briefly:

    A 2 sided disc should have separate menus in each side. You can thusly treat it as two separate movies. You could then approach in the manner of that thread I linked to.

    On top of that, I was just showing you what a modicum of searching will give you. I know for a fact that similar topics about putting 2 DVDs on one DVDR have been brought up previously. Do the research. This isn't dvdrhelpforrenegade6.com -- they didn't specialize this site just for your needs.
