  1. I've downloaded the demo of DTOX, though I haven't been able to use it properly as I don't yet have a DVD burner. But I am buying a new powermac in two weeks with a superdrive.

My question is regarding subtitles. Does copying in Movie Only mode still give you the option to switch subtitles on and off if you have the subtitle option checked in DTOX?

Furthermore, a couple of my dvds have two or more english subtitle tracks, for example one might be the regular hard of hearing track, the other is a trivia track which pops up occasionally throughout the movie with some trivia fact about the movie.

If I copied in Movie Only mode, and selected two or more subtitles, can I flick through all of them (including 'subtitles off') when replaying the movie in my standalone dvd player?

The nice thing about the movie only copy is that its slightly better quality, because you are eliminating all the excess extras of the movie.

But to be honest! Its really really really difficult to tell the difference between the two when watching them on a TV.

Sure you can see the difference on your Monitor! the DISK COPY looks much grainer where as the movie only copy looks much clearer!

However, when burning them and playing on the average TV, even the DISK COPY looks fabulous!

There is a catch though! High Definition TV's or the Wall Mounted Plasma Screens you can tell a difference. My buddy just got this NICE and I MEAN NICE!! Sony Wall mounted tv. I watched a DVD2ONE disk copy on there and yes it looked great! but it looked a lot like it does if you preview the dvd2one video_ts folder on yoru mac.

All this to say, if you have a standard TV there is really no difference between the MOVIE ONLY and DISK COPY options. Thereby you can make the dvd with all the options including subtitles and not really loose any picture quality when viewed on a standard tv

    in my opinion that is
