nice one, but it's sad I can't print a full cover. Need to use bigger paper. anyway it's nice even if I miss about 1cm on a 8˝/11 -
CoverXP works great. Might be called Cover Pro XP. It comes with alot of templates, using the dvd keepcase single templates will give you an exact fit each time.
Note: I couldn't use standard 8x10 paper to print the covers, it alwas got cut off. But you can use legal 8x14 or the A4 type paper and it workjs everytime. I ordered the glossy dvd-inserts from Meriltime, they are A4 and thye have precut dvd dimensions so once its printed all you have to do is tear off the sides, no cutting or anything and thety fit perfectly in cases. -
Just FYI - I have an Epson 777 and I had the same "cut-off" problem with CoverXP. However, if I lie to the printer, and set the paper type to A4 - it prints the complete cover with about 1/4" to spare on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
Might work for you too. -

Add your picture(DVD label) - right click on it - select object properties - uncheck maintain aspect ratio - put 10.75in in width and 7.14 in height. Then drag it into the template and print using photo glossy paper setting. Print the template on plain paper first to see if you have to adjust.

don't waste your money on A4 glossy, just use standard size glossy and tape an overlapped piece of paper to the back. It fits perfectly on standard paper if you "trick" your printer into thinking it is 8.5x14. (I have HP D145 and Photosmart 1115)

I don't use glossy paper anyway. I don't print in high details it's just for me...
so Does A4 paper is perfect for this ? 4$ for 500 sheets -
The precut portion of the Meritline labels is 10.75 x 7.14 so it should fit on standard paper. The only problem I see is the borders on the height. The precut label has a 1/4 inch border at the begining of the sheet. If you drag the photo beyond the template to the end of the layout and select A4 paper in your printer properties it should work with standard paper.
