HOLY SHIT! You've been here SEVEN F---ING YEARS, and you are still asking these questions? You don't know how to use the guides, glossary or tools sections?!
If you're still a newb after SEVEN F---ING YEARS, there's just no helping you. I do give you credit for still actually knowing how to get here, but i have to take away that point, since you still haven't learned to write yet.
Maybe if you'd participate a little more and have more than 1 post per year, you'd be able to solve all of your problems yourself -
Try VLC for viewing most any format. No codecs to install.
For easy converting to DVD, try ConvertXToDVD or freeware, FAVC. Or there are other all-in-one converters, look to our 'Tools' section.
For just burning, try ImgBurn. For freeware authoring, try GUI for dvdauthor. -
Nice to see the under his header as member is states he is banned.

ConvertX2DVD is good for converting to DVD, again will handle most video formats, allow you to create menus, and burn to DVD.
neither of the above require extra codecs installed -

He admitted that he wants to burn downloaded movies... why hasn't anyone given him the WAREZ warning?
