Hi!
I have purchased the ATI 8500DV and it works great but!
When I capture DVD quality video for let say a minute, I found that the size is more than hunderd MB and the file is extended by mpg.
I do not want to buy a dvd burner and instead I want to use my current cd burner.
I have seen so many movies that lasted an average time 90 minutes and I was able to have them on CD with 700MB capacity.
Actually, their extentions were either divx or avi.

I am looking for an easy to understand tutorial that explains how to convert the output of my recording with mpg files to divx..

Please help me out.
