Someone posted that tmpgenc's svcd is not compliant?? Is that true??
I have lsx3, cce 2.5, and bbmpeg. Which is that best to encode for nero 5.5 to burn??

Muxed mpeg2 streams exported from TMPGenc are not svcd compliant. That means that if you use TMPGenc as a multiplexor or if you encode both audio and video at the same time the resulting mpg will be non-compliant. This is easily fixed by demuxing the mpg and remuxing in bbmpeg.
As far as which encoder to use with nero, all of those mentioned will produce svcd compliant mpegs I believe but as long as you demux and remux your resulting mpg in bbmpeg than any one of those encoders should do. Personally I use either TMPGenc or cce 2.5 depending on what I'm doing but I always mux in bbmpeg.
