I type in 490Mb for the size that it should transcode the vob file but the process went up to 117% and the transcoded file is 580Mb.
Do you know how to get it fix?

What was the original size?
Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side. -
I've run into this problem when the input files are not in 1GB chunks,which is the normal size for a vob file. Are your input in 1GB sizes?
