I've got a brand new Digital 8 camera and I'm experimenting with best settings to use for svcd.
I've captured some footage with Ulead Videostudio 5 in DV AVI format and authored the movie in Huffyuv.
I the use tmpgenc to create the appropiate mpeg files and burn those with Nero 5.5
My problem is that the image is shaking vertically (not like a field order problem) using CQ-VBR 100% at 2500 rate
If I create a svcd compliant mpg file using Ulead, I don't have this problem but I'm not too happy about its quality
Any ideas?
Cheers
Leo
