    I have converted my DV vacation movies into mpeg2 and burnt it to a SVCD disc.
    My original DV tape is lost and I want to make some changes. How do i turn the SVCD mpeg2 file on the disc back to the original mpeg2?

    As I understand there is some index markers who need to be stripped, I should add that I can copy the file to my HD and watch it without having to do anything about it.

    Use VCDEasy in the tools section there is an option to convert files from (S)VCD back into mpeg files.
