  1. There has to be a DTS encoder out there? Has anyone heard of any? I looked through this forum, and it looks like noone has mentioned one. Is there one that I could may be run on a Virtual PeeCee? I would definitely perfer one for the Mac...

    DTS audio is a huge waste of valuable DVD-R real estate.

  4. There is a plugin for Protools by king of loud that does encode DTS, but you gotta be running OS9 and it is somewhat expensive. They were supposed to come out with a MAS plugin but never did.

    Why would DTS audio be a waste of space? It is so much better sonic wise then dolby digital.... its like night and day. I know most people would just leave out the dolby stream and pop in the DTS to replace it...
