  1. Hello

    I have convert a divx to svcd, when i read the svcd an icon appear on the film. I think that is a protection but I don't know how to kill.

    sometimes people who pirate movies will put a "watermark" or something on their films to show where it originated from so that other people dont take credit for them.

    i dont really think it is worth is to try to get rid of it.. its more work thats its worth.

    I think it was encoded with a shareware codec. That is it's watermarked because the codec/software wasn't payed for.

    That sounds like you have the elecard mpeg codec installed. Un-install it, re-encode and it will go away.
