I recently converted a DivX movie. The movie was in PAL format 25 fps. It did not lookinterlaced at all. Anyway.. after converting the movie w/ Sefy's SeVCD Pal template I found that the movie looked great but It seemed to have a very strange frame error of some kind or perhaps the divx was not right. I noticed that the sound was in sync w/ the picture, motion looked fined BUT... when watching people speak the lip movement was not correct for what they where saying. I can't read lips but this was obvious even for me to see that the lip movements were not correct. The movie I do not believe at all was change from one language to another and the ending of each word spoken seemed to be VERY close to ending w/ the end frame of lip movement. Am I hulusinating or is there a logical explantion for this??? Confused. Please help. TIA!

I did not notice it on divx. Is it possible the video needs to be encoded as interlaced?? I can not see and stripes in video when I look at the frames through the source range filter. Any ideas!??
